Just a heads up that the annual organizers discussion at the Dance Flurry
is happening again this year!
My thought is to do similar to last year and have folks share as many best
practices/great ideas as possible from their home communities so we can all
learn about neat ideas that we can take home with us.
However, if you have *OTHER things you'd like to discuss or ideas for the

We are debating the impact (and org expense) of mailing brochures to weekend past and present weekend event participants or interested parties.
Our team is split in their opinions and so wanted to reach out for thoughts and experiences.
The brochure will be available to view and download from website.
