Hi organizers,

Those of you who pay towards mileage - what do you pay? How do you budget ahead? We are small monthly dance in southern New Hampshire and much of the talent that calls or plays for our dances come from a pretty long ways.  Others who do not come to call or play for us might if we were to at least pay something for travel, but we need to be careful not to go over budget. Sounds conceptually simple, but complex in  practice to figure out our expenses ahead. Have you any experience with this?
