OK, to answer my own question, I found another version of the same clip
with the text: The Band is Euphor: Tom Turino, Matt Turino, Sam Payne,
and Michael Valliant. The tune is "Drop in the Bucket" by Matt Turino
So there. But Euphor? Not Euphoria?

Euphor is from Champaign/Urbana IL
Euphoria is a band from Lawrence KS
Both are really good dance bands - but very different. We are fortunate to have them both
make the trip to ST Louis to play for us.
