Here is another alternating dance, although just with normal contra corners.

Pearl Anniversary
Peter Foster 4 Feb 2025 (our 30th anniversary!)
Duple improper, alternating dance

A1 (8) Mirror dosido neighbour 1+1/4, 1s through the middle. Finish in a line of 4 facing down, 1s in the middle
   (8) Down the hall, turn alone
A2 (8) Return, bend the line and face across
   (8) 2s half figure 8 down through the 1s
B1 (16) 2s turn contra corners
B2 (16) 2s balance and swing, finish facing up

C1 (8) Mirror dosido neighbour 1+1/4, 2s through the middle. Finish in a line of 4 facing up, 2s in the middle
   (8) Up the hall, turn alone
C2 (8) Return, bend the line and face across
   (8) 1s half figure 8 up through the 2s
D1 (16) 1s turn contra corners
D2 (16) 1s balance and swing, finish facing down

When returning from the down/up the hall, wait until the very end to bend the line, so that the end people can
smoothly flow into the half figure 8. If people face across too early, they may lose the flow and be unsure as to who
is supposed to do the half figure 8.

Thank you Alan and Peter.  (I'm still soliciting for interesting contra corner dances.)
Utah Ree,  Double Trouble and men at the End all satisfy my request quite excellently
I think Utah Reel is the one I have danced with Will Mentor calling.
When calling one of these, I would suggest having those turning contra corners to  think
of their  corners as  1st base, 2nd base, 3rd base and home plate

There's my dance Double Trouble, which alternates the 1s and 2s, who
turn double contra corners

There is also Men at the End, again with double contra corners but
the alternation is women, then men
