Nice story. Very funny. Leaving April Fool's behind (It's 2 April in NZ now), there is a non joking side of this however. Some moves are done a certain way only because we get used to them. Have a look at the young dancer's "petronella" in this video:

In 2011 we tried a variation of Over the Hill and Still Chased by Roger Diggle using lots of mirror image moves which was lots of fun.
