Both Montreal (http://www.contramontreal.org/ website to be updated soon) and Halifax (https://www.halifaxcontra.ca/) have regular dances, as well as Ottawa (https://ottawacontra.ca/). Montreal does not yet have a dance weekend, not sure about Halifax. Ottawa is skipping their fall dance weekend, Hey Fever, this year.
