I highly recommend “Bob’s Triplet #1” by Bob Dalsemer. It is easy enough for beginner’s and it is a wonderful way to teach Contra corners, and I love the inclusion of some traditional moves such as sashaying.

It's probably a version of Good Times by Al Olson.  Instructions from The Caller's Box:
