It seems you do a half hey with neighbors/shadow but not your partner, but meet partner across the set for the swing. But I may be wrong.

A1  Your partner is in your Right hand for the 1st balance in a wave (Larks/Gents are in the middle).  Then you step thru that wave into the next wave and your partner is in another wave behind you and a new neighbor is in your right hand.  You balance.  Wouldn't you just make a R-hand turn to get back to your partner to B&S in B1?  I don't understand the Hey part "on the side."

A2:   Bal Wave, walk fwd to new wave

         (Larks left in center) 

            Bal Wave, 1/2 Hey (st pass rt on side)

 

B1:   Partner Balance and Swing

 

B2:   Circle Left 3/4, Neighbor Swing
