[Organizers] Contra Etiquette poster

With regard to Greg’s comments, I second all of them but particularly the full justified text which from graphic design standpoint is not a great choice and makes the text notably more difficult to read. (This has been a problem from the original design of the poster some years ago). 

I would strongly suggest using left-justified text in most places for even spacing between words and rely on the backgrounds shading and graphics to define the shape of your columns.
