[Organizers] is NEFFA LinkFest still active

    Are the lists of various folk dance groups, including contra and 
ECD, on the NEFFA LinkFest "http://www.neffa.org/Top/" still being used? 
  There appear to be quite a few dead links and I'm wondering if anyone 
is still updating these pages.
