we here in Buffalo did such a survey with "branching" questions.  what I
mean is that if you answered no  I don't come anymore, you got a certain
set of continuing questions and if you said yes I still dance you got a
second set of questions.  We actually are set to review, in particular, the
comments that were made by individuals on those surveys, at our next board
meeting on the 17th.

I'm sure if anyone is interested in the findings you would be welcome to
