[Organizers] Non-clique members in sensitive board positions.

Reading this, it's hard for me to tell what's the issue. Are you worried
that a general election isn't a good way to determine qualifications for
treasurer? That the existing treasurer will lose and feel hurt? That the
new person is annoying?
