[Organizers] sound system ownership

Sound can be such a very complex issue it is gratifying when I hear that it
is working out with some one.
After helping maintain the town purchased system for years a new town
manager ordered it locked up.
Hard feelings all around and then the hall burned down.
Get it in writing!
