I believe that the timing is

B2 Opposite allemande right 1/2 [2 bars], women promenade inside halfway [2
bars], partners swing [4bars].

The dance is in The Lizard Research Institute & Other Dances by Carol
Ormand.  The book costs $10 and all proceeds go to CDSS.  Buy it from CDSS
at http://cdss.org/sales/american_dance.html#books.

It's more of a slingshot than an allemande, and it's just half way.
It's definitely quick, though.  The B2 is flexible, though, which
allows for folks to be late and not have the dance fall apart.

Hmmm, Jack I think there is something not quite right here in B1.
    Normally,
a balance (to each side) and ROM slide takes 8 beats. Doing it 2X
    would
leave no time to do the allemande....
Perhaps the allemande starts the B2 leaving a very short partner
    swing?
